SERVICE DISCRIPTION

Clinical waste refers to medical waste resulting from surgical operations and other medical related procedures. Clinical waste is collected from both government and private clinics and hospitals as well home based care medical waste from households.

No  application is required

COST INVOLVED 

There are no charges involved at the moment regarding collection of clinical waste services. However, the Council will introduce collection fees in due course.

Information regarding provision of all of above mentioned services may be obtained from the Environmental Health offices in the respective Sub Districts as follow;
