Business premises are inspected/assessed by an Environmental Health Officer/Environmental Health Technician either on request or voluntarily to check if they comply with the relevant statutes. Inspections are done for the purpose of issuance of a new license or for the renewal of an expired license.

 HOW DO I OBTAIN THE SERVICE

Application for the service is done on first come first served basis. The Environmental Health Technician contact the customer telephonically and arrange for an inspection

 HOW DO I APPLY FOR THE SERVICES

Customers can present themselves in person at the sanitation offices or call the office  during working hours to book for an inspection for renewal purposes, however, for the purposes of issuance of new license, customers are expected to produce filled application forms they obtained from Commercial Department at the Environmental Health Office where they are booked for an inspection.
