In line with the cost recovery members of the community hire classrooms for their activities.  Classrooms may be hired to for accommodation and meetings.

 CHARGES

 Accommodation, P300.00 per classroom/night and a refundable deposit of P200.00.

 Meeting: P25.00 per classroom/hour.

 PROCEDURE

 The applicant approached the school and submits an application and then the school management considers the application, and recommends to the Council Education department for approval.  The applicant then pays at the Council revenue department and then takes the receipt to school as proof of payment.

 If no damages, the P200 is refunded incase of accommodation.
