Contractors, companies, institutions and private sectors who wish to dispose off effluent at the treatment works or ponds should contact our office at the water and wastewater department. The interested parties shall either sign a service agreement form (where payment will be made once per year). When disposing regularly the charge is invoiced at the end of the month for the volume of contents disposed at the plant.

    HOW DO I OBTAIN THE SERVICE

Companies go straight to the treatment works and fill a disposal form each and every time they dispose effluent at the ponds. We use those records to charge how much effluent that specific institution has disposed that month.
