This service is offered to a client who wants to subdivide/consolidate land for a certain purpose
HOW DO I OBTAIN THE SERVICE
To acquire the above service one will need the following:
1. Covering letter
- With the applicants address and phone number
- Stating clearly the reasons for subdivision/consolidation
2. Proof of land rights ( land board certificate, lease or title deed)
3. Location Plan: clearly making reference to major roads & any prominent features in the vicinity of the plot.
4. Site plan drawn to scale
- Must indicate the plot measurements
- Show neighboring plots with all the passages
- Indicate the access road and specify its size
- Show developments if any on the plots and indicate the set backs.
- Show access points into the proposed subdivisions/consolidation.
5. Submit 8 copies of all drawings.
6. One copy of each drawing must be on an A2 paper for presentation purposes.
