INVITATION FOR EXPRESSION OF INTEREST - RECOVERING OF RECYCLABLE WASTE MATERIAL AT THE LANDFILL

NWDC therefore invites interested registered companies or individuals in North West District for Expression of interest recovering recyclable waste material at Maun Landfill - (Scrap Metal, Cans, Bottles, White Paper, Plastics, Boxes, and Tyres)

The following conditions will apply:
- Citizens and Non Citizens can bid.
- In the category of cans, bottles, white paper and boxes preference will be given to citizens and citizen owned companies.
- Only 2 companies/ individuals will be selected for each category

Basic requirements
Interested individuals or companies can submit the following:
- Certified copy of Omang
- Certified copy of Certificate of incorporation for companies
- Certified copies of Valid Tax clearance/ Exemption certificate
                                       

Document on specific requirements and conditions of the contract can be collected during working hours between 0730-1245 & 1345-1630 on Mondays to Fridays with effect from the05th March 2012 to the 19th March 2012 at Environmental Health office, Maun Admin Authority or landfill.

Written expression of interest should be submitted in sealed envelopes at; Environmental Health Division, Office no 19 clearly marked “RECOVERING OF WASTE MATERIAL” and addressed to: Senior Assistant Council Secretary, Maun Administrative Authority, Private Bag 11, Maun, not later than 0900 hours on the 13th of April 2012.
Submissions made after this time will not be accepted
