The Local Authorities Procurement and Asset Disposal Act target all registered business communities within and outside the country Botswana who are willing to conduct business with the Local Authorities. HOW DO I OBTAIN THE QUOTATION/TENDER?
In order to respond to a tender or quotation one must be:
a) A citizen or non-citizen of Botswana
b) A licensed business for such work, service etc.
c) Must have a tax clearance or tax exemption certificate.
HOW DO I APPLY FOR THE QUOTATION/TENDER?
The company must be registered with the relevant authority or department for issuance of the trading licence. The Company must have the tax clearance or tax exemption certificate. The company must also have share certificate(s) or company ownership letter for declaration of interests by Committee members. COST INVOLVED IN OBTAINING THE TENDER
Non –refundable cash amount ranging between P150 to P1,000.00 shall be paid depending on the overall tender amount.
