SERVICE DESCRIPTION

Housing Division is responsible for the provision of SHHA/Turnkey Loans to Low/Middle income earners in Lobatse.

HOW DO I OBTAIN THE SERVICE

The applicant must present themselves in person to Housing Offices at Civic Centre, Peleng, SHHA 2 and SHHA 1.

HOW DO I APPLY FOR SERVICE

Applicant should bring the following:

• provide prove of ownership of the Plot
• an approved plan
• verification of employment,
• salary pay slip and
• Certified copy of omang.

COST INVOLVED IN OBTAINING THE SERVICE

An applicant must have cleared rates or service levy. Standard plans are charged at;

1.     P100.00 (out building)

2.     P300.00 (3 bed roomed house)

3.     sewer connection fee of P500.00

4.     Perusal fee P70.00.
