Provision of Plots to Low/middle Income earners in Lobatse
HOW DO I OBTAIN THE SERVICE
- Motswana 21 years and above
- Working in Lobatse
- Not in possession of a residential plot in any of the Urban Centers in Botswana i.e.(Lobatse, Gaborone, Francistown, Selibe-Phikwe, Sowa, Jwaneng, Gantsi and Kasane)
- Earning income between P 366.33 – P3033.00 per month.
Note: If married in community or out of community of property only one spouse can apply.
HOW DO I APPLY FOR SERVICE
Customers must present themselves in person and must provide:
- verification of employment
- salary pay slip and
- Certified copy of omang.
For completion of an application form (Application for a SHAA Plot in an Urban Area).
COST INVOLVED IN OBTAINING THE SERVICE
There are no charges
