Housing Division is responsible for the provision for possession of plot cessions (Change of ownership)
HOW DO I OBTAIN THE SERVICE
Applicant should bring the following:
- Provide prove of ownership of the Plot
- Certified copy of omang.
HOW DO I APPLY FOR SERVICE
Customers must present themselves in person to Housing Offices at Civic Centre, Peleng, SHHA 2 and SHHA 1 and provide the following:
- Letter of agreement by family
- Letter from customary court
- Bring 2 witnesses together with their certified copies of Omang
- Certified copy of omang for Plot holder
COST INVOLVED IN OBTAINING THE SERVICE
- Plot sale is charged at P500.00
- Inheritance no charge
