DESCRIPTION OF THE SERVICE

• Zoning is meant to ensure that businesses are undertaken in properly zoned land. Physical Planning Office issue  zoning confirmation to business that conforms to land use zone, in accordance with Mochudi Planning Area Development Plan and Land board lease agreement.

 HOW DO I OBTAIN THE SERVICE

• Bring a copy of approved plans and land rights (title deed or lease) to the Council Physical Planning Office.
