Phone environmental Health office or come in person to request for inspection. Inspection to be conducted within five working days as per the set standards.

 HOW DO I APPLY FOR THE SERVICE?

Collect business application forms at the commercial affairs office.

COSTS INVOLVED IN OBTAINING THE SERVICE

The inspection is conducted free of charge.
