HIRING OF CLASSROOMS

DESCRIPTION OF SERVICE

Education Departments provides hiring of classrooms and school halls for various activities such as accommodation, church services and meetings.

HOW DO I OBTAIN THE SERVICE?

Application letters are submitted to school Heads or Head of Department responsible for school facilities for approval. From there applicants submit letters toEducation Department to state cost to be paid at Council Revenue Office. Letters should state purpose of hire, number of classrooms required, number of peoples to be accommodated and period of occupation. Copies of approved letter and receipt are submitted to security guards at schools to allow applicants to enter into schools premises.

COST INVOLVED IN OBTAINING THE SERVICE?

P300.00 for school halls

P200.00 for classroom

Payments include refundable P100.00 after usage of hall
