DUTIES

• Supervises valuation of private property to ensure that it is done in accordance with guidelines and the Valuation Roll.
• Acquires immovable property (Land and Buildings) for Council which would allow Council to make money as a way to increase Council revenue source.
• Develops lease agreements for tenants leasing Council property and ensures that it is adhered to for the duration of the lease term.
• Explains and interprets lease terms and conditions to tenants leasing Council property to ensure compliance.
• Advertises Council property to be leased and the condition attached thereto.
• Undertakes any other related duties as directed by management.

QUALIFICATIONS            

• Diploma/Degree in Estate Management/Land Economics or its equivalent.

EXPERIENCE             

• At least 6 years of relevant work experience 2 of which must have been served as Estate Officer at C1 Scale.
