Service description

Zoning involves confirmation of the use of the area as per the spatial or development plan for the area and the Title deed/ Lease Agreement in relation to the proposed use by the applicant requiring a license.

How do I obtain the service?

The customers can contact the Physical Planning Office to get the advice and also to arrange for the site visit.

How do I apply for the service?

For confirmation of zoning the customer has to come with a Title Deed/ LandBoard lease or proof of the land use from either the Landboard or Lands Department.
