SERVICE DESCRPTION

Procurement of commodities is the buying of commodities from companies (locally or outside) by the District Administration office. There is procurement that is less than P30 000 which is approved and awarded by the District Administration’s evaluation committee. There is also procurement that is more than P30 000 in which the District Administration’s evaluation committee recommends to the District Administration Tender Committee (DATC) for approval, in this case the DATC is the one that approves.

How do I apply for the service?

The customer has to submit a quotation with the following attachments;

• A valid Trading License
• A valid Tax Clearance Certificate
• EDD Certificate (optional)
