SERVICE DESCRIPTION

Renewing a license that has not been revoked or has not exceeded a period of 12 months after expiry date.

HOW DO I OBTAIN THE SERVICE?

Physical presentation to office 93 or 97

HOW DO I APPLY FOR THE SERVICE?

Collect and complete a renewal form (attached) and attach the following;

(a)   Copy of license

(b)   Satisfactory health report

(c)    Shares certificates (if shares have changed)

(d)   Copy of lease agreement (if the one submitted before has expired)

COST INVOLVED IN OBTAINING THE SERVICE?

• Upon submission of the application for renewal, P100 for both trade and liquor must be paid
• The license fees for both licenses will be applicable plus a penalty for late payment which shall be a sum equal to a quarter of the renewal fee multiplied by the number of months which have elapsed from the license expiry date.
