SERVICE DESCRIPTION

This is the hiring of open spaces for social functions (churches, weddings, parties e.t.c) around Gaborone.

HOW DO I OBTAIN THE SERVICE?

•  Through physcal presentation or phone call to the Parks Offices.  

HOW DO I APPLY FOR THE SERVICE?

• Write a letter and attention Senior Parks Officer stating date, use and agreement that you talked to neighbors.
• You also copy to Bye Law offices.

COST INVOLVED IN OBTAINING THE SERVICE

•  Open spaces are booked temporarily for P100.00 per day.
