SITUATE:     in Gaborone West Extension No. 12

MEASURING:    450m2 (Four Hundred and Fifty Square Metres)

WHICH PROPERTY: Is held under Deed of Transfer No. 23/98 dated 14th day of January, 1998 made in favour of  the said AMEN EMANG PHAMA

All persons having objection to the issue of such copies are hereby requested to lodge same in writing with the REGISTRAR OF DEEDS, Private Bag 0020, Gaborone within (3) three weeks of the last publication of this notice.
