DUTIES:
1. Prepares the valuation roll for ratable properties2. Interprets government policies related to rates3. Participates in the formulation of property valuationpolicies4. Determines rent for council rentable properties for considerationby council5. Initiates public meetings to educate rate payers on policiesand procedures pertaining to proper implementation of thepolicy6. Advises on all matters relating to estate management.
