DUTIES:
1. Provides professional advice on matters of procurement.
2. Ensures that procurement procedures are followed by all
user departments in accordance with supplies and stores accounting
regulations.
3. Evaluates and selects suppliers on the basis of price, quality
service support and reliability.
4. Prepares loss reports in accordance with supplies regulations
and recommends accordingly.
5. Develops an annual master plan for material requirements
for departments.
6. Conducts supplies inspection to identify unserviceable
stores and recommends disposal.
7. Undertakes any other related duties as directed by management.
