DUTIES:
1. To coordinate, directs and supervises the implementation ofHuman Resources functions.2. Formulate responses to manpower audit queries.3. Coordinate the development and review of the terms andconditions of service.4. Manage resources of the division efficiently and effectively5. Facilitates employee resourcing, training and developmentand effective employee relations in the local authority.6. Provides professional advise and interprets Human Resourcespolicies, rules and regulations governing the termsand conditions of the public services such as General Orders,Public Services Act, and Regulations for IndustrialEmployees.
