35 Poverty Eradication beneficiaries graduate from FCTVE Thirty five (35) Poverty Eradication beneficiaries from the City of Francistown graduated from Francistown College of Technical and Vocational Education (FCTVE) on the 30th July 2014 at a ceremony which was held at FCTVE in Gerald Estates, Francistown. The graduates were among the 150 graduates from various district councils around the country who were training in different fields such as clothing design and textile, food catering and hairdressing. According to Mr Mfanyane, FCTVE started an agreement with districts councils in 2010 with a culmination of 10 students from Tutume Sub District Council who were trained in food catering. “Currently, we have a relation with 13 councils and sub districts councils. Mfanyane said they have so far trained more than 300 poverty eradication beneficiaries and they are considering training beneficiaries on financial management in future.
