Community Capacity building is a major Government Development programme aimed improving the socio –economic of the people at grass root level. This is done through strengthening of Local institutions such as VDC’s, improving communities’ access to public services and promoting productive and employment generating activities.

HOW DO I OBTAIN THE SERVICE

• The service is meant for disadvantaged and poor groups in the society
• Through the help of community development worker in your area.

HOW DO I APPLY FOR THE SERVICE

• The community with the assistance of the community development worker come up with a project which are within their approved village development plans
• The VDC discusses the proposal with S&CD(Community Development Division) and Council Planning Division  in the council who endorse the proposal
• The  latter divisions prepare Project Memorandum for forwarding to the department of social services for acquiring funds
• The final  of funding  depends on the
