By completing application forms obtainable in all Water and Wastewater Department Offices in all the sub districts of the Central District Council (CDC).and Payment of a P200-00 deposit.

 COSTS INVOLVED.

•     Connection fee of P200.00.
•        P5-00/m3 of sewage dumped
