SERVICE DESCRIPTION

•         Astray livestock in the village may be reported to council for collection, as required by Central District (Livestock Control) Bye-laws
•         The owner of any livestock placed in the council kraal may claim such animal on payment of the penalty fees.

  HOW DO I OBTAIN THE SERVICE   

•        Customers can call the Bye-law Offices to report astray livestock.
•        The owner of any livestock placed in the council kraal may claim such animal at the bye-law office within their Sub Council.

  COST INVOLVED IN OBTAINING THE SERVICE

•    Reporting astray animals is free of charge.
•         Collection of stray livestock fees will depend on the type of animal collected and the number of days it was placed at the council kraal.
