Bye-Law Division is responsible for the issuance of permits, being 

•       Noise and Nuisance permits, as required by the Noise and Nuisance Bye-laws
•    Advertisement permits, as required by the Cost recovery policy.

 HOW DO I OBTAIN THE SERVICE

Customers must present themselves in person or send their agents with their valid identification card or Passport to the nearest bye-law office within their Sub Council.

 HOW DO I APPLY FOR THE SERVICE

The applicant must present themselves in person and fill the application permit provided or summit written application letter.

 COST INVOLVED IN OBTAINING THE SERVICE

•     The Advertisements cost recovery fees depend on the type of advertisement applied for but ranges from P10 to P550.
•       Currently the Noise and Nuisance permit is free of charge.
