The Industrial Court (IC) is a specialised Court, established as a court of Law and Equity, under section I5 of the Trade Disputes Act no. 15 of 2004. It is a Court with the same legal status as the High Court. The Judges of the Industrial Court are appointed by the President of the Republic of Botswana , as prescribed by Section 96 (3) of the constitution.
