The Directorate of Public Service Management (DPSM) invites all unemployed graduates (citizens only) to register using the registration form provided here. The purpose of the exercise is to create a database of unemployed graduates in order to provide Government with reliable information for decision making and recruitment purposes.

The government has published customer service standards.These are meant to improve service delivery and guide the public on how long they have to wait for a particular service.
